UC Davis Health, an academic medical institution, was losing ground on the primary care audience and was often overlooked and undervalued in those services. Through primary research, we identified consumers wanted to be ‘partners’ for their care. We created a campaign that would redefine the brand purpose for UC Davis Health and show how they were truly partners in care. The campaign, “Discovering Healthy,” merged academic excellence and the consumers need to find better health.
